News & Notes: Lime Rock Modifications

After looking at the Lime Rock track map, it appears that aside from the repaving, there were several changes made. On the uphill righthander following the back straight there is indeed an alternate turn that mirrors the original. It runs on the inside of the track. And just one turn later at West Bend there is an optional portion that runs on the outside of the primary turn there. It looks like the pit road has also been extended a bit, as it was rather cramped originally. No doubt practice and qualifying later this week will prove valuable opportunities to gain track experience.
